When I received the food it was all cold. Other then that everything else pretty good. I loved the bread for everything. We had a nice mixture of kolaches but the Philly Cheese Steak was my favorite. We had a Caramel Macchiato and a Hot Chocolate. The Hot Chocolate needed a little more love. Will be ordering again to try out different flavors.

The Jalapeño Popper kolache and Sausage, Egg & Cheese were absolutely on point. Cream Cheese and Cherry Kolaches were delicious. Caramel Macchiato was hot and in my opinion better than Starbucks. Everything was fresh and the portion size was good for everything. We will order again to try the other varieties they have. 2 thumbs up...

I have not been disappointed yet. Bought a bit more today, opened box, and thought to myself, "crap which one is which?" Then the lid caught my eye, and I saw the nice drawn on inventory telling me what was what.

We’ve been loyal customers of Kolache Factory for a long time, but the service has declined. This is the second time in one week that I placed an order for pickup and still waited well beyond the scheduled pickup time. The food is great, but the consistency and reliability are not. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning as customers.

Its hard to tell what is what when nothing is marked on the lid. Typically when we get Kolaches there is marking on the interior lid to indicate which kolache is which but this time there is nothing. Wouldn't order here with doordash again.
